Use our new online booking tool for your next appointment at one of our centres

From beginning of 2023, all our centres for Educational Counselling and Career Guidance in Berlin offer you the opportunity to book an appointment online via our website. You will find a form for booking your appointment on the contact page of every center. During the booking process you will select your preferred format for the appointment and you can let us know in advance what you would like councelling on. If required, you can select the language and the location of the appointment. You can choose to have your councelling at one of our centres or via video-call or phone.

Counselling via chat is offered at the centres Spandau & Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, Pankow & Reinickendorf, Lichtenberg & Marzahn-Hellersdorf, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg & Mitte and Neukölln & Treptow-Köpenick.

PLEASE NOTE – Currently the online booking option is only available in German on the German language version of our website. Simply use the blue button “Termin buchen” (“Book an appointment”) in the overview of all centres to get to the online booking form of the desired centre.
