The 2024 feedback report on “Education and Career Counselling” explores how clients perceived the support they received. Gathering and evaluating feedback is a key part of quality assurance and helps improve counselling processes and assess their effectiveness.

This report compiles written feedback collected after counselling sessions throughout 2024 from all ten participating centres. A total of 1,812 responses were evaluated, with findings presented both at individual centre level and across the entire network.

The evaluation confirms that 99% of participants were able to clarify their questions regarding education and career. 98% received relevant, targeted information, and 97% reported greater clarity about their goals and felt better equipped to make decisions about their career paths. Additionally, 97% understood the next steps needed to reach their educational and professional goals.

The counselling sessions improved clients’ understanding of the education and labour market, helping them plan their career and life paths more effectively. The evaluation also supports ongoing reflection and quality improvement within counselling institutions.

  • Encouragement to reflect on challenges and decision-making
  • Motivating, respectful communication and a supportive counselling environment

Participants frequently described the sessions as empowering and motivating, boosting their confidence and willingness to act on their goals.
