Multilingual advice hotline for international professionals
Under the multilingual advice hotline, international specialists can receive information and advice on all questions relating to the recognition of their professional qualifications and thus quickly take up qualified professions in Berlin. The cooperation with the recognition advice centres of the IQ Netzwerk Berlin, the counselling services of the Berlin Job Centres and others such as the Welcome Centre facilitate orientation for those seeking advice.

The consultants provide information in German, English, Turkish and Ukrainian and help to get in touch with the accrediting bodies quickly.

The project is a cooperation between Senatsverwaltung für Integration, Arbeit und Soziales, the Beauftragten des Berliner Senats für Integration und Migration, the Regionaldirektion Berlin-Brandenburg der Bundesagentur für Arbeit, the IHK Berlin and the Handwerkskammer Berlin. The EMSA project by Arbeit und Bildung is the partner in the implementation of the hotline. EMSA is financed by Senatsverwaltung für Integration, Arbeit und Soziales.
